Welcome to the Computech Tenerife Website
Originally created in 1999, this website was created as a showcase for my spare time pursuits - essentially, computer programming. My first commercial software was written in the 1980's for the Atari ST range of computers and since the PC appeared I have written software for DOS and Windows.
On the PC I have mainly specialized in multi-media software and have written software for radio stations, entertainment software for bars and software for local entertainers and comperes.
As well as application software on the PC, for fun I've also dabbled with 3D games, though admittedly not with any great success, so I've always given away any I've actually managed to finish. Check out the Showcase entry on the main menu to take a look at some of my software and download some free stuff.
During this time, my 'real' jobs have been as an IT training officer teaching computer skills and programming, a Network Manager for local government in the UK, Head Of IT for one of the largest UK county councils and of course a computer engineer with my own company, Computech Tenerife, here in Tenerife.
I have also been creating websites since designing my own around ten years ago.
At the beginning of 2011 I started Computech Tenerife Web Designs to build personal and small business websites and as a promotion to introduce our work and build up a portfolio we are offering full-featured websites just like this one from as little as just €150.
